PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
Your information is handled with purpose and care.
This policy explains what data 503Media receives through its forms, how it is used and what choices you can make regarding it.
Data controller and contact
503Media, operating in El Salvador, is responsible for processing your data. You may contact [email protected] with questions or to exercise your rights.
Data we collect
We may receive your name, organization, country, email address, telephone number, project description, configurator selections and any files you choose to attach. We may also receive basic technical data and, only with your authorization, anonymous browsing measurements.
Purposes and consent
We use the data needed to respond to your request, assess the project, prepare a proposal and maintain related communication. Authorization to receive offers, news or advertising is separate and optional, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Retention and security
We retain information for the time reasonably necessary to address the request and comply with applicable agreements and obligations. We apply access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Please avoid attaching sensitive information that is not essential.
Service providers and transfers
We may use hosting, email and analytics providers that process information on behalf of 503Media. We limit access to what is necessary to provide the service and seek appropriate confidentiality and security conditions.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, cancellation or deletion, objection, portability, erasure and restriction of processing. Send your request to [email protected], stating your name and requested action; we may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity.
Cookies and analytics
The Google tag loads with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Until you accept analytics, no measurement cookies are created and Google may receive only limited, cookieless signals about consent status. Full Google Analytics 4 measurement and Microsoft Clarity are activated only if you accept analytics. These tools do not receive form contents. You can change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer or clear your browser storage.
Applicable framework
This policy follows the principles of purpose limitation, informed consent, security, confidentiality, time limitation and accountability established by El Salvador’s Personal Data Protection Law. The final configuration should be reviewed whenever new providers, campaigns or purposes are introduced.
